A Yellow Aspen Elopement || Grand Lake, Colorado

Updated: Jan 20, 2021

Everything about this day was just absolutely perfect. Like a lot of couples whose big days were ruined by COVID, Angie and Miles really deserved to finally have things go right. After rescheduling and replanning 2 times, they decided on eloping in Grand Lake. These two actually got engaged right on this lake, which made it the perfect setting for their elopement.

It seemed like nature was rooting for them too. Just in time for their big day, all the aspen trees lining their ceremony site had turned the perfect shade of yellow. Standing in front of their closest family and friends, these two got married surrounded by the most gorgeous fall colors.

The thing I love most about elopements is how intimate and intentional they are. You can make the day entirely yours from the location you choose down to the very last detail. You get to focus on what's most important about this day: your love and the beginning of a lifetime with your partner.
